I build mobile apps for commercial cleaning companies running teams across multiple client sites. Supervisors, cover staff and clients get timestamped evidence of every visit, on the same screen.
A supervisor covers an unfamiliar site. A task gets missed during a holiday swap. A client calls to dispute last Tuesday's clean. Your team know the work happened. There is no record to show them.
Most cleaning companies run this on WhatsApp, spreadsheets and paper sign-in sheets. That holds together until a contract review, a missed task or a client complaint. Then it doesn't.
SiteProof is a mobile app built for field cleaning teams. One workflow: a cleaner arrives at a site, completes a task list, uploads photo evidence and checks out. The supervisor sees it in real time. The client gets a branded report.
The cleaner opens the app and sees their assigned sites and tasks for the shift.
At the client's premises, they scan a QR code. Time and location are recorded.
The cleaner works through a site-specific task list: the exact tasks agreed with that client, not a generic template.
The cleaner uploads before and after photos for each task. Each photo is timestamped and visible to the supervisor and the client in the same place.
The supervisor sees completions and exceptions in real time and can sign off or escalate.
At the end of the visit or the end of the day, the client receives a branded PDF or email summary: who attended, when, what was completed, what was flagged.
The video above shows a full shift cycle — from a cleaner arriving at an unfamiliar site to a client receiving their proof-of-service report.
Three stages. Agreed before any build work starts.
One session to map how your team manages site attendance, task completion and client reporting. You get a written picture of the gaps and a scope for the pilot.
Covers one or two client sites, up to 15 users, for an agreed period. Scope and price are fixed before any build starts. You see it running on your own sites before committing to anything further.
After the pilot, ongoing support covers new sites, updated checklists, client dashboards and any workflow improvements.
I'm a mobile application developer based in Milan. I build operational workflow tools for field service teams: scoped, priced and delivered without the overhead of a full software agency.
For the next 45 days I'm working exclusively with commercial cleaning companies in Yorkshire and the West Midlands. Intake is limited to keep the work focused.
Fill in the form below. I reply within one working day. If it's a fit, we schedule a 20-minute call about how your team currently works. No pitch.
